WaterLand Parade 2003
The Seafair Sanctioned Des Moines Waterland Parade was held on July 27th, 2003.
Scare Earned the Grand Parade committees Award for Best Community Spirit
for a non-profit organization for this parade. It was ne of the hottest days
of 2003, reaching about 92 degrees. We had 35 participants on hand for this
event. Now, that's spirit!
